Aatrox’s strengths and weaknesses

Hello everybody!

I am working on a personal side project that relates to Aatrox, and I was wondering if you guys could tell me what you think is Aatrox’s strengths and/or weaknesses.

If you could list where each problem comes from that would be great. So put all of your low elo answers in one area (with it separated into strengths, weaknesses and also general gameplay problems if you want)

Example: in low elo, I think Aatrox is really powerful in the early game with his q range because he easily harasses the enemy champ without pulling minion aggro and also gets CS at the same time. And most low elo players don’t know how to properly dodge skill shots or abilities.

Aatrox is a early-mid game powerhouse. He's a great lane bully. Manaless spellcasting, innate sustain and a free GA on his ult.

His main weakness is that he falls off like a truck past 25-30 minutes. Especially against champs like Garen that can be infinitely more tanky than he is, while also dealing as much or even more damage than him in a specific period of time. Not to mention ADCs shred him like paper.
