When will a champion be live after the patch is live

After a certain patch with a new champion is live, the champion will not go to the stores directly it takes some time for it to be purchasable. I would like to know when that is and how long do we have to wait to buy the champ after the patch is live [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] [slayer-jinx-catface] Thanks For taking the time to answer this thread [slayer-jinx-wink]

Some have been released one to two weeks after patch.

Kayn Is pretty early.

It varies. The champ will be in the patch, but it's up to Riot to decide when to turn him/her on when they want. Plus on release day typically the server is bogged down with purchases of the champ, so that might factor into if you can see them in the store. :)
