**This is part of the natural learning curve of League of Legends, and MOBA style games in general. ** You will ALWAYS encounter players above your skill level. You need to learn from them.
Here are some tips to help you along:
1.) As a beginner, watch what the other players do, and try to figure out why they are doing it. As you play, certain matchups and experienced players will WRECK you. This is common place, you need to learn from the experience and adjust your play accordingly. Try not to get frustrated.
2.) Focus on a single lane or champion when your just starting out. It takes HUNDREDS OF GAMES to get to a really competent level, and there are just tons of things to focus on. you have.... warding | items | abilities | matchups | map awareness | objectives | lane pressure | backing | grouping | teamfighting... and the list just goes on and on - picking a SINGLE champion in a SINGLE lane can simplify your experience.
3.) Try to minimize your deaths as much as possible. Realize that in any game where you die 5 or more times, you probably contributed to the enemy team getting fed. This sounds simple, but it's actually really, really hard. How do you not die to a fed ADC enemy?
4.) Realize that you are 1 of 5 players on your team, and there is only so much you can do - you WILL lose about 50% of your game, even the BEST OF THE BEST only win about 60% of games over the long haul. So instead of getting upset when you lose, focus on** YOUR OWN PLAY** and what YOU DID RIGHT during that game.
