I don't really think so. Mages are more in line for what they should be (Minus freakin Malzahar) I think. More mid game. Lots of mages were screwed in the MYMU (Swain, Cassiopeia, Vladmir)

the is a few out liers but no tanks are still the most dominant and due to how league has evoled its pretty certain to say its gonne stay a tank meta now, forever unless they deliberately over nerf tanks or over buff everything.
