People keep complaining about "0 counterplay champs" so I'd like to have opinions on which champions do you find have the most counterplay.

You can just prevent Sion from doing anything though. Hell, his Q has a minimum knock up range. You can stand so close to Sion that he can miss his Q.
You dodge him by standing too close.

Joxcab1 votesDodge Q. The tentacle hits from W can be dodged if you're quick. E can be dodged or blocked by minions. You can break the tether instantly by yourself to avoid damage reflection. You can walk out of R. CC, Grievous, kiting, armorpen. Kill tentacles.

Joxcab1 votesDodge E. Q after she R-Ws to avoid tentacle hits or juke with your movement speed from R. You are someone who absolutely rips apart Illaoi. You can easily kill her as long as you dodge E and any tentacle strikes initially with Q.
She's weak to DPS, armorpen, health damage focus (Giant Slayer/Lord Dominik's) and Grievous Wounds. LDR will kill her faster if you can dodge tentacles to deny her sustain, MR (Mortal Reminder) is the safer bet just in case you can't. All of which Yi can itemize easily. As well as true damage.

As for champions that have good counterplay... I feel Nami does. 
has a heal and a speed up as her passive and her bubble but her main form of CC(her bubble) is actually pretty hard to land. Not to mention, she doesn't ever do stupendous amounts of damage, even if she does build Frostqueens and is more aggressive in lane. She's squishy and low mobility so if you actually catch her(which I admit can be hard; she is a kite monster and I honestly wish she could be played as more than just a support), she's going to blow up faster than a firework on the fourth of July. She has clearly defined weaknesses and there are definitely bad match ups for her. Her laning phase isn't as strong as some supports but its not massively weak either. Overall, I feel she's a very well designed support champion.

Anything that comes close to her means death.
Use W to knock enemies away? It takes way too long till it comes out. The enemy will have moved around me twice at that point. Use E to deal massive damage to dashes? Don't kid yourself. All the nerfes to her E made is pretty much useless against dashes.
