Why Ranked is Total Bull****

So I've been playing since the start of season 5, played all throughout season 6 and now we are on season 7. At the end of season 5 I was in Silver 4 after playing for just a few months, then throughout all of season 6 I was in Bronze constantly going up and down the ladder due to team issues, internet issues, computer issues, or just bad game play on my end. In my opinion the new ranked system is totally screw up, why you ask? Here I'll tell you: I was in Bronze 3 at the end of Season 6 and then I was placed in Bronze 5 in the Preseason, instead of Riot trying to make it easier for people to get out of ELO HELL they just made it a lot harder. I've been told by many diamond or higher players that I play at a High Silver or maybe even a gold level but Riot made this season where no matter what your placements are 75% of players will be placed lower than their previous season's rank. So because I was in Bronze 4 due to said issues I am now in Bronze 5 and stuck there because no matter how many placements I win (I went 7/3 in my S7 placements) I will most likely get placed lower. I don't have a lot of time to play this game that I love so much, and therefore never actually get placed where I am told and where I feel like I belong. Am I the only one that thinks that the Ranked system is all out of whack? I just feel like you should get placed slightly higher than you were last season (Depending on your placements and how well you played) and then if the system is set up correctly those players will be adjusted to where they actually belong.

Summarized your thread for you. You don't play at a silver or gold level or you would be silver or gold lol

My gameplay is low Gold and high Silver.

MY MINDSET IS LOW SILVER/ HIGH BRONZE.

Everything you said means nothing as your mind is saying you don't deserve this. Therefore, you will not be able to climb until you admit to yourself that you need to work on things.

You can't say anything to me XD You're in Bronze 2. My mind it telling me that I deserve a higher rank I when I play because put in the hard work but because I don't have all the time in the world to play I can't climb due to the poorly designed ranking system. I constantly am recording and going back and watching mistakes and correcting myself and having my duos help me fix things that we are doing wrong but because I get lagged out or troll teammates who I can't help because when I try to give them kills or support them from top lane there is nothing I can do to win a game. I know there is always SOMETHING you can do, but in the end it's a team game and people forget about that aspect and therefore when someone is solo losing and then getting tilted and then not doing their best it really can drag a team down. Been maining LIssandra and going positive every game, pushing my lanes, ganking others, getting the objectives but my win rate on her is shit because no one else can perform and match my level or playstyle and then when I change it they try to adjust and it fucks everything. This short paragraph is just the surface of what is wrong with the ranking system and how that no matter how well you play if you are in bronze ....You're in bronze. Not a lot of people climb out of it and even higher elo players/pros have admitted that there is an ELO hell and it's extremely difficult to get out of if you aren't at a diamond level of play. I don't think I'm the best at the game and that's not what I'm trying to say. I just think that for a game that keeps trying to adjust ranked it needs to focus a little bit more on the lower ELO players than always just the diamond or higher players. I'm just tired of people always blaming it on the skill or "bronze players" instead of realizing that there really is something wrong with there where you can get stuck in ELO hell. Thanks for readying my post and replying.
