Hi everyone.
I have played League of Legends for 2 years,have more than 2000 games.I always played with locked camera.But I saw streamers plays with unlocked camera and my friends say "You should play with unlocked in order to be succesfull" "You can control map better with unlocked".I tried unlocked camera and I couldn't get used to it.What do you guys think,should I try for unlocked or stay with locked?Does it really brings a advantage/disadvantage?
Unlocked is good to see where to go or to see your allies. Plus you can hit spacebar to focus on your champ
use them both u can swap via y and if u stay unlocked the whole time use the spacebar i keep mine locked unless im playin bard and half to use a long range ult or nid with spear or raka cheking on top for helth
I hit my Xerath ult 2/3 times by switching around with y so I don't get what the hype is about. Click the map and do whatever, if you get you camera off your champ every once in a while it doesn't matter if you lock it on when CSing or in team fights.
I prefer locked, since you can just unlock whenever you need it with Y.
Both. Unlock whenever fights get long range or you need specific details from a distance, such as has Nunu sued Q on Dragon yet.
Otherwise I use Locked since it helps me focus on myself and helps me train myself to looking at the minimap more.
I bind lock/unlock to spacebar and mostly use locked unless if i want to check the map
I use to play with locked camera til one day I decided I wanted to do everything in my power to become a better player. I found that even though it's hard to get use to unlocked screen it REALLY pays off. You have much more control over your camera and I love it and can't play with locked at all now.
Locked camera is like a bicycle with training wheels. Yes, it's hard to adjust, but it's worth the effort.
You should be in plat right now with unlocked camera...
