Mute All Option

Riot should add an option in the menu in client to preemptively mute all players in a game so for those of us trying to reform behavior so we don't have to type "/mute all" every game. This also allows us the option of having chat at a readable scale so we can still track cool-downs and other items that appear in the chat.
