Enemy champions health levels above minimap

So what if when enemy champions are visible their own little icon shows above the mini map just like when they're dead and they have death counts. This would instantly show how much health and mana they have to other people who aren't laning with them. This would make ulting with GP or Karthus super easy; or knowing if I should TP to clean up bot lane like the islander top laner I am. Forgive me for my sins bot lane. You're the real MVPs.

And when they go in the fog of war, their icons can fade and show their last known health and mana.

also what about enemy ultimate ping? idk

It may not be directly aimed at these suggestions, but Riot has said (when they did HUD updates) that they want to be very careful to not have the HUD cluttered with things that aren't explicitly important or widely asked for. Having the icons show the last stats if they go into FoW would be a lot of confusion of people following even if the enemy had healed and was full health, and having the icon just disappear when they leave vision would be a lot of flashing icons of enemies during the game.
