WHY IS MY TEAM SO SU-CK ? what can i do/what Riot can do?

In a competition, how can i be a nice guy,when rest of my team doing nothings, if this game matchin people depend on how good you are, why am i have to bear these f-king use-less teammate? Riot Game recently make people are able to mute ally's chat , it is a good update. how about solo rank and match? i want to be a nice guy but how? after these "noob" tormented me, it is very hard to keep my temper. noone want to be a TOXIC player, i love this Game it was fun to me long time ago, but these teammate make me pain in the ass. and the surrender system is a other thing make me suffer. you need 5 agreement at first 15 Min or 4 agreement after 20 min to end a no-fun-game. In my situation it means i need to waste 10 more min stuck in this nonreason competition. which make me more angry. how about after u block someone,he/she will never show up on your match anymore? i would rather wait 10 more min then form a team with these people who i was blocked. it is very easy code for the programmer isn't? Maybe this can't happen in a rank game,but plz at least let me really block someone in match game. give me a chance to be a good player with honor. make some comment if you feel same way.
