something has to be down to fix Garen and other Tanky DPS

Garen is totally out of control since Runes reforged. He's constantly snowballing in many games with just tank items. Riot please rework him and take a look at tank stats. Tanks are becoming impossible for even 5 to take them down and if they have warmongers it's almost impossible now to hurt them mid to late game. I realize you are trying to shorten game times but some of the tank champs are making it impossible to play. God forbid your team has no tank it's GG late game with no hope for turnaround. I like tanks in the game but they shouldn't be so OP that 5 people can't take them down. I'm hoping you are looking at triming some of the health back or look at the Runes that they are running.

Juggernauts like Garen are realistically weaker now than they were before Runes Reforged, the only difference is their ability to punish opponents when they make mistakes is stronger now that there are fewer early game resistances to deal with.

The ability for a Juggernaut to make plays is weaker, their own early game defenses are weaker, and the rune paths they typically want leave them without very useful tools they would have had in the old system. They are by no means weak, but saying they are stronger now than they were before the new rune system went live is simply false.

If you would like some help beating Garen or other Juggernauts just say so, and mention the champions you typically play against them and how you normally try to beat them. There are plenty of people around here who can help you out.
