Dodge-ing is super annoying and there's a way how to make it a little less frustrating.

Hi, so recently I've noticed something that is quite frustrating. I go into a ranked match, I have a really good team. And then someone dodges. The next game I get autofilled support, I don't play with any of my previous team mates, my team doesn't communicate and I get angry because I know there's a way to fix this. Why don't you guys make it so when someone dodges, you find a player with that role who dodged to fill in? Like say if the mid laner on the enemy team dodged, why can't the system find another mid laner which is queing up for a game. This way we all have the same roles as the previous game and we play with the same people. I obviously know that riot won't implement the feature just because of my opinion but I want to know your guys opion about this matter.
