Promotion Series

Ok, before I begin, a disclaimer: I am very new to ranked. I simply wish to ask a question regarding the Promotion Series, specifically for the Bronze Tier.

I am in Bronze 3. I got to my promotion series, and won 2/3 games. Then I got a notice informing me that I was NOW entering my promo series. If some one could clarify this for me I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance for your responses.

Did you perhaps dodge any games during your promotion series? Dodging during a promo series counts as a loss, so you may have had a situation where it was (win) (loss) (dodge) promo series failed (win) (win) reenter the promo series you just lost.
