70% win rate vs plat
So i have 70% win rate in norms and im always versing high plats so would i be in high plat or higher if i played ranked?
EDIT: i have been playing ranked and i have won 7 games in a row have not lost

I highly doubt either of those two statements are true.
you're not always playing against high plats or higher in normas, and you're in b3 currently with a 52% winrate over almost 70 games. I'm not going to say you're not going to get to plat, but I don't think based of the limited info I have right now that you're at that skill level yet.
Logically, yes, but this is not something you can know for fact.
I highly doubt the skill level in oceania
There are plats and plats. I encounter many plats that are just bad. Supps without sighstone. Tryhard duelists 0/10 in 10 mins of game.

No, it doesn't mean you're plat material by any means necessary. I am not trashing on you or anything remotely close to that, I am just saying that beating plat players in norms doesn't equate to having the skill of a plat player. Many plat players and above use norms to play with lower elo friends, have fun, try new builds, or play champs they aren't accustomed to playing.

its because they're on their off roles usually. i find diamond 5 support mains all the time in mid lane, im gold 3 and i trash on them. does that mean im diamond 5, probably not. im not saying you couldn't be a platinum player in skill, but you have to play a ton of games to climb. because skill can only be assessed in riots mind based on whether or not you win the game.
I don't see a reason your wouldn't easily hit mid-Gold if this is true.
You'd probably have to work a little for Platinum, but it isn't too difficult to get into.
After placements you'll be in bronx/low silver, so you'll need to climb aaaaaaaaaal the way up to plat+.
One advice, though; rankeds are completely different from normals. Just because you're destroying plats doens't mean you'll get to plat+, there are a lot of variables. Btw, in plat the amount of trolls and afk get multiplied by 100, it's lke an hidden hardcoded bonus
