Bard needs a few tweaks.

Why is it that a champion with so many obvious flaws that took so much time to develop has yet to be fixed? For the love of God man... it shouldn't take 10 seconds for a health relic to bloom and even have the end result deliver less healing than a single W.

The Q should stun everything in the max range as long as at least 2 things are hit, and it should do more damage so that Bard can actually be a champion that matters outside of the context of your entire team helping you with ONE play. Make those changed and I guarantee this waste of champion space we call will find a place in the meta.

like, Q already stuns 2 people, and it's borderline spammable

W is a permanent healing station and he doesn't give up his own health to place them, and he can drop up to 3 at once

so many opportunities to stun anyone with bard, his meeps can do an aoe slow. never ran out of mana in lane as him bard op

I actually mained him at the time of posting this, but he has since been buffed and I am a happy man. Thanks for the comment.
