Remember when Kassadin was the best champion in the game and always banned in ranked? THEY removed his silence but yet, they kept his joke about the silence? That makes no sense. His damage output is garabage and hes extremely squishy.. Please.. Buff or rework him. OR AT LEAST GIVE HIM BACK HIS SILENCE.

Also... I'm new to this.. so is there a way to CONTACT RIOT and be like.. AYE!! FIX THIS SHIT!! KASS! BUFF! NOW!

With the tank meta, introducing silence on assassins wont break the game.
