Kleptomancy Should be Nerfed (IMO)

I feel like everytime I play against a champion using Klepto I'm always behind. When you're ahead of a Klepto champion, they catch up fast, when you're behind they are farther ahead. Not to mention the champion can get a random power spike depending on the elixir they might get. I already hate RNG in my card games, I don't want more RNG in my league. I often find myself questioning why Ezreal is suddenly doing my health in damage only to find out his Q is already maxed ranked from popping Elixir of Skill and he's rocking Pilfered Potion of Rogue + Travel Size Elixir of Wrath.

I will add though that I am low ELO and I've only been playing since S3, so my opinion might not be that valid but I feel like this game is slowly losing the enjoyable aspect of it. I hate RNG with a passion as an in-game mechanic so I actually decided to make a post about it.

Klepto should be removed from league and replaced, imo. I don't think riot is going to ever do it tho :(

Klepto already starts people off "behind", so if you are not using that and let someone who is "behind" get ahead while you are ahead so much that it seems to you that you are always behind, that's a symptom of something that you need to adjust , not something that needs to be adjusted on kleptomancy.
