Aatrox NEEDS a Buff

The very first champion I bought was Aatrox. I absolutely love his concept (focused on sustain), however he is far too easy to counter. I'm not talking about when you're lane enemy buys randuins and frozen heart to counter your AA speed; THAT I can handle. His engage/disengage (Q) needs to be untargetable. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've been ganked because their jg was able to interrupt my Q. The whole animation is a paradox too. Why have him jump up into the air if he can still be targeted? Rito might as well have had him fast jog to "target location". He would be so much more playable if his Q was made untargetable.

And please, I'm not arguing about which items to build on him. I know there's this massive debate on whether you should be an AD carry or a tank, and whether you should go Armor and MR or full health. I'm proposing solely the idea of buffing his Q.
