Dear riot- concerns about boosting

I am a player, whose mental state can win or lose games on its own, I have had win streaks from around 15 games in a row and loss streaks around 5/6.

I feel my skill, is high gold when playing well, but I also have games where I play like im B5, I also lost a lot of matches recently partly due to lag issues- I have some still but its a lot less of a problem. The problem is mostly on my end so I am not complaining about that,

I always been a streaky player, and I am concerned about being banned for boosting, given the inconsistency in my play.
