Mastery Upgrades
I don't think you should have to pay your blue essence for your mastery upgrades on a champion, it doesn't affect how accomplished you feel, it just delays you getting other champions and wastes your blue essence.

well it went from something you could spend your IP on to a possibility to waste BE for ppl who already have every champion in the game if that was intended i dont think they are going to change it, also it doesnt affect your gamplay anyay so i dont htink its too bad
