How in the world does the Ranking system work?
I don't understand it even a little. I won 8 in a row each time getting 12 lp a win. Then I lose one and lose 23 lp? How does the points per win/loss work.

disregardable1 votesYou get less per win if the system thinks you're at an elo above where you deserve. If you maintain a positive winrate it'll even out eventually.

disregardable1 votesYeah, and you have a 40% winrate. The system just doesn't want you to get too high in case you lose like 12 games in a row once it's finished. If you don't go on a giant loss streak after a while, then it'll stop doing that.
