I would like to discuss this matter: Is this a support? Really? And on teamfight every kill he takes with ult counts twice as much gold? Also reset? Very interesting mechanic. Sounds totally balanced too.

It means that when it comes to giving that kill to Draven or taking it, you give to the drowned.
Basicly if he gets the kill with ult - which is not hard with ignite and an agressive adc - it will grant gold for TWO damage dealers. Is this the way of "support" now? I'm not surprised you are still looking for a new name for the support role.
he is probably better as a jungler. Just my opinion, would like to see how well is his clear.
He doesn't have a lot of damage in his kit, though. He has this execute that essentially works as utility; plenty of champs would just cc in that situation to secure the kill. He just does it a little faster.
I do worry a little bit about the snowball elements, but honestly, he doesn't have the damage in his kit to function as a standalone assassin. And if he does, that's what will get nerfed.
Sounds completely broken, and whats in place to stop this (high damage, assassin) support from going mid/top, and snowballing the shit out of the jungler.
Every kill he takes with ult. Not every kill ha takes.
Before this gets out of hand, Pyke himself does not gain an additional 300G if he gets the kill with his Ultimate.
If there is an ally that would have gotten an assist when Pyke deals the finishing blow with his ultimate -- it instead gives it to the Ally that assisted. It also gives that ally the Killing Blow gold. Pyke gets the normal Assist gold.
