You're so full of shit. 1 of Riven's Q can't do half of any champion's health at any rank or level even with a full build. Riven doesn't do anywhere near the level of burst damage that Rengar, Kayne, Kha'zix, and other assassins do. Stop whining on these boards everytime you lose to something and learn how to play the game.
