How come staff of flowing water was the only Black market Brawler item added in the pre season?

I, like many, loved black market brawlers and found that every single item in it was balanced (except tricksters glass ) and had a please on the rift permanently. However with the new pre season items comes only staff of flowing water , designed for roaming ap supports.

what about Matry's gambit ? this item was fantastic for tank supports and was great for providing extra safety to your carry, this would be perfect item to introduce as an indirect buff to marksmen along with the marksman changes.

The globe support items ? I thought these were fantastic, they filled a niche not covered by other support items.

What about Lost chapter and all of it's items? Lost chapter was an offensive mana regenerator (Morrelonomicon 2.0) and built into three fantastic AP items that each promoted a single play style (Neverstride grimoire was fantastic on kite mages and was a good opposite item to rylais, Pox arcana promoted DPS mages and rewarded full spell rotations, and my personal favourite Rite of ruin , this promoted seige mages and a seige playstyle)

Anywho, is there any chance that more items from black market brawlers will be introduced or is this the last set of item changes we will see this year?
