New Patch

anyone else think league is moving to fast with these huge patches? I just got used to the last patch and I thought the dragons were perfect. Now it seems like 2 of the dragons are worthless (movement speed and tower damage). if my team gets 2 movement speed dragons, and the enemy gets one red dragon i feel as though the one red dragon has an advantage over the two movement speed dragons.
