Bring Back Machine Gun KogMaw, Aphelios Breaks Attack Speed Cap With Almost All His Abilities

This mans chakram attacks are reset based on distance, and a turret that autos for you. The mans flame thrower attacks everything around the target, q makes him attacks everything hit. The mans pistol q attacks super fast too. Then u use your R with any of these and you get more attacks per second.

My only issue is that you only need one or 2 attack speed items in your build to approach this broken style. Kog maw literally same principal but kog was at 55% damage from ad, making him an on hit champ with 5 attack speed. This sounds broken, but literally think about aphelios and his abilities jacking up his attack speed cap, plus he has dedicated cc to lock them in range, and a literal global attack.

Just bring back Machine gun kog, aphelios is new and he gets a pass on this, but goddamn. Have kog reworked by the creator of yasuo and aphelios so you can justify kog filling that niche again.
