Nice idea for League of Legends community. Less rage, less destroyed PCs

I've got a really nice idea for the gameplay and to improve the state of mind of the league of legends players. It would be nice if Yasuo would get nerfed and (eventually; PLEASE) banned. i am saying this because every player who can't make a normal kill uses the same build over and over again on this champion and Penta every time. Hope you will consider my coomment about the game. Thank you!
