Wtf is this matchmaking with eune

Ive played a lot of normals with my new account on eune (xXR0tt3nSaWsageX) and im now lvl 30 but why in the flippin heck am i getting platinum gold and diamond players everysingle game against and with me me being the only one to be in there. I dont think thats fare as my old account was about silver 1 to gold 5 mmr. I would like to know why am i playing against players like this. My winrate is bad too.

You've set off smurf detection I think. It's not an official thing as far as I know but a natural grouping (high MMR gains, low level).
