Loss of control of Champ but not lagging

So Playing my first game of the day. had an issue in game which is very unfamiliar as my League has been running perfect all week and nothing out of the ordianary. I've never had issues with networks inperticular or in games that make me feel like I'm lagging hard. But as you can see I'm running at 30MS so lag isn't the problem and my frame rates are usually a solid 90+. I just wanna know what went on. as I am losing control of my champion and it isn't lag
