I got no premium chest on my new account i wanted to buy zed and to get a random skin of zed on my new account but didnt get my premium chests. RIOT GIVE MY CHEST name HIT ME COWARD on euw server.

It has been moved to a later level beyond 5 i believe it is at lvl 9 now.
