Zac's broken

Is it just me or is zac OP or broken ever since his rework, he's tanky AF does alot of dmg, skills r targetted now, unlimited cc and uses no mana, imo he needs a nerf or another rework

He currently has a 52% winrate, so no, hes not broken anymore. He does however have probably the single most annoying/frustrating ultimate in the game to be on the wrong side of. Like Yasuo, the perception of his strength doesn't match his winrate. People ban Yasuo because he is annoying and frustrating to deal with, not because he is broken.

And Zac lost over 60% of his ultimates potential damage, so the one thing you should not complain about is his damage.
