Because it's suppression type cc, not a stun. Malz, and Skar, and I think Vi ulti's can't be cleansed either.

Urgot's can't be cleansed either, all suppress can't be cleansed, only way to remove them is Qss, or you can prevent them with spellshield (Morgana's shield, Sivir's shield, item 3102's Veil, Nocturne's shield).

i started playing with cleanse until i found out its totally carbage. cant cleanse morde, skarner, malz ults and dunno what else but not gonna waste my time finding that out
