Forced autofill discussion

So I've been playing League ever since early 2014. Not that long, but in that time I can say with certainty that I've never actually played an unwinnable game, ranked or otherwise... until this season.

I think the sole reason is forced autofill. Almost every other game I'm matched up with a teammate that already goes into lobby tilted if no one switches with them the roles they actually play. To give an example, I just played a ranked match where I was autofilled adc and my support was autofilled also. Adc is my worst role bar none, and the other guy didn't look too comfortable either. We obviously got crushed in lane by people that actually main the roles and not 8 mins in my Lux supp rage quit. In that situation everyone on the team gets tilted and we all started playing worse. I just tried to farm but as I played out the game I realized this was the first match of League I knew was literally unwinnable. Sure, the Lux's attitude is also to blame for the loss but being autofilled greatly increased our chances of not only losing, but literally getting crushed. In my opinion, forced autofill is overall a terrible feature and I'd rather sit in queue for an extra 10 mins than play in a lane where I'll most likely be at a disadvantage.

I just wanted to get a discussion going instead of just complaining since I know people have different viewpoints on the subject. I've heard the argument of "If you can't play more than two roles, you should stop playing League/you're just not good" but I disagree with this too. Climbing ranked is about efficiency: what you can do in your roles/as your champ, how you can help your team with it, and if you can do it better than the people you're playing against. Basically, what i mean by this is that I'm able to play top/mid/jungle/support decently but I can play MOST EFFICIENTLY in my main two roles, which happen to be top/mid. I feel autofill takes this away for most of the player base (gold and below) who usually main only two roles and aren't good enough at fundamentals to really play efficiently in lanes outside of their main ones.

For reference, right now I'm in Silver and least season I just made it to Gold V. Call me trash or whatever, but I think when a feature only benefits the top 5% of players (by reducing those horrendous queue times one gets when closer to Challenger rank) and seriously hurts the majority of the players, it should be removed. Again, I might be completely wrong, but I just wanna get opinions on this, and maybe if enough people are against autofill with reasonable arguments, then this can come to Riot's attention since I sincerely feel it's changing ranked in a major way.
