Ghost Poro (D3) [Ghost Poro has other changes in testing on the PBE!] No longer grants adaptive force when in enemy territory
It basically just gives you a 60 second ghost poro after your ward dies, which is almost the opposite of what a Zombie Ward does but you know what I'm getting at, what's the point exactly?

wtf why the heck is kayle nerfed? she has a hellish early and mid she deserves to be broken. why are they lowered her stats more. how come i dont see those riven/yasuo nerfs yet. i mean riven/yasuo are good early and late for some odd reason riven/yasuo scales too well. nerf them instead
Yes live ghost poro is way too strong but riot just nerf the runes to useless state, this rune system need a total rework with equally OP or weak runes.
"But this X rune is useful for other game mode!!@!" Just make a version for them already.
