Reports and punishments.

A few days ago I've moved to EU West and unfortunately it isnt half as good as people described it would be in comparison to other servers. Having ridiculous teams 5 out of 6 games today.

First game Im autofilled and ask if I can take mid/jungle and they respond no, then I ask if I can adc and the adc guy responds "get cancer trash" and starts to insult me without reason and claiming he's master 280 lp smurf. He indeed trolls the game and afks and we lose it.

Next game Im having a nunu jungler with ghost and cleanse who goes top and dies on purpose.

Next game I'm going as 13-4-9 orianna in a hard game, 290 farm 27th minute and we lose because someone goes afk because someone in the team said he died too stupid.

Next game Im going jungler, going 5-0-3 and we lose because the whole team is doing very bad such as 1-9 scores and say "OPEN MID FF"

Finally after this in a champ select I get a nunu ghost/cleanse jungler again and dodge it due to previous experience.

Next game I dont want to dodge for a second time in one day and am matched with a guy who feeds intentionally because the champion he intended to pick was indeed banned by the enemy team.

I've reported all of these people who deserved it, but I did not get any feedback and checking their match histories - they are still playing. (This all happens in D4 elo)

By not punishing these people you are killing the game. It's not worth playing.

You do realize that your rank does not carry over from region to region right? So you're playing like you have a brand new account and are forced to re-level it up. It's not that the region is worse; it's the level of people you are playing with.

Riot really needs to revamp their punishment system, and players don't get notified if someone they report is banned unless they are the very last person to report them. Currently a player has to be toxic for "X" amount of games before they get punished, so lets say its 4 games a player can intentionally feed and troll, well unless you are the 4th person to report him, you will not be notified at all. Riot really needs to let players know that anyone they report got punished or not, so players can kinda believe in the system.
