How Do You Feel About Dynamic Queue?

I feel like Dynamic Queue is the biggest f**k you to the lol community, I’ve heard a lot about high elo being crap but it is just as bad in the lower rankings as well. Don’t get me wrong allowing people to choose their roles is great but that is the only thing I think they did right and now players in high elo can’t even do that if the queue times are too long.

I feel like they should add voice communication to the game so at least we can stand somewhat of a chance if we come up against a team that is most likely using voice comms.
