Blind pick - Lane call suggestion

One thing that really bugs me in blind pick is when I call a lane and some people haven't connected yet and people end up arguing about who got which lane and someone ends up duo jg or just feeding because on their screen they called it first. Well I just had a suggestion on how to possibly fix this.

Note: Im not on the forums often so Idk if this has been suggested or if its even in the correct place. But here it is:

During the queue to get into lobby (or maybe even before you join a queue) you choose which lane/role you want to play. (maybe you could even choose your top 3 choices, or all lanes in the order you most want to play them). The other people joining have done the same thing and as they are about to go into lobby a dice is rolled and the lanes are assigned randomly to the players. Now when they get into the lobby it announces (or shows an icon or something) who has which roles/lanes. But it isn't required of them to chose those lanes! They can still troll and pick another lane or maybe choose to switch with another person last second. All this system would do is make those "first in lobby calls" more sure and not unreliable because of "who joined the lobby first" nonsense. The assigned rolls are more of a suggestions than a rule, but they eliminate people rushing to call for it. As an added bonus, maybe players that have a negative rep/bans/dodges could have a lower percentage chance of getting the lanes they choose. Or if someone hasn't gotten their main pref, they get a better chance next time. Just an idea.

Really this is just a thought I had because I don't enjoy the tension that happens because people join the room at different times.
