Can we get some client fixes

I'm relatively new to this game, However since i have started i have been plagued with low priority. Not because of me leaving games intentionally but instead because of bugs from the client. Bugs that you wouldn't expect considering if i do get into a game without problem the ping is stable. The problem experienced by myself as well as others in my area. The major problems is with client disconnection. You might think that with the client disconnecting that simply means we(i say we because of the others experiencing this problem in my area) have bad internet, however on the times we get into a game we barely ever disconnect. The "area" i refer to is the Jamaica, i really hope some steps can be taken for those of us who play in areas that are at a reasonable distance from the servers and though i have no experience in this regard i believe some changes can be done to the client to help those of us with similar conditions as me and the other players.
