Best bruiser/assassin adc?

Hi guys! New player here, I really enjoying playing bruisers such as Garen and Darius in the top lane. I'm still pretty new to the game and haven't played a lot of PvP yet, but I want to know what bruisers/assassins you can play bot lane as I don't enjoy playing marksmen very much (poor positioning, late powerspike, playstyle) . I'm thinking Garen , Jax , Nocturne or MonkeyKing . I know Yasuo ADC is pretty meta right now, but he seems pretty hard so I'm not too fond to give him a try yet. All suggestions are welcome!

Realistically? Only Yasuo.

It's technically possible to play any of them, but for the most part it's likely not going to go incredibly well (particularly with your team mates, who most likely will not like you doing that(.

Garen has seen some play when paired with a Yuumi APC in bot lane, but that's not so much a carry type playstyle as you are a mobile facetank for the cat.

PvP modes have a really meta-bound playerbase. You'll get alot of flame from your allies if you pick offmeta stuff because they think you're sabotaging their chance of victory. This is bad because tilted players play worse. Your lane can be lost before it's begun if you're relying on a lane partner who thinks you're trolling. That said you can find a partner to duo with and then tilt won't have nearly as much effect on the outcome of the match, as your buddy will have faith and the complainers won't be in your lane.

Basically this, my duo partner and I usually play jhin kayle bot. Sometimes Ashe/Kayle and we do well enough. Kayle is actually a really good support for both of those champs because she gives them what they lack most: Mobility.

No melee champions are played botlane except yasuo and garen (in high elo and proplay)

that being said, you're free to try what you want

keep in mind that 99% of melee champions are level dependant because of base stats, while yasuo is balanced around shit base stats so he doesn't care about levels and can go bot

I'm here to provide the unpopular opinion. This opinion is realistically wrong and biased, so feel free to disregard. That said, as a traditionalist ADC, marksmen are not only the way to go, but the only true way to go. Get your Swains and your Yasuos and your Ziggs out of my lane, and you can take away the mage "supports" while you're at it. Looking at you Brand. Again, my own personal bias. If you like assassin play, might I recommend Varus? If you build AD/Crit or lethality, your W empowered Q (with 3 blight stacks and fully charged) outdamages smite at all levels of the game, which honestly is kind of unbalanced but I won't complain. As he may appeal to an assassin player though, he has surprising burst potential with his ultimate, and his W turns his Q into a powerful execute.

Honestly, some others here have made some good points, so like them, I wouldn't recommend taking bruisers bot lane. If you really like playing bruisers just take them top. Some can be played mid or jungle too!
