No Spell Vamp beyond Vlad?
I just want to know what's going to happen with Morgana's passive. Is she keeping it because the spell vamp is inherit in her kit? Or will the whole 'spell vamp isn't a stat' thing leave her without a passive?

She is keeping her Vamp. Same for Akali.
It removes the cheese sustain build from Morg but it does make her passive actually unique and not something any ap champ with 1200G can get.
That's actually good because it means that Vlad Akali and Morgana now can have their vamp buffed or nerfed for balance rather than hang on the balance of which one of the three is most OP on vamp items (which was never Morg anyways).
