HUGE problem for veteran players

I have been playing this game for quite some time and i realy think it is ******* ridiculous that you did nothing for your most loyal "customers". People that practicly made this game a thing that it is today are getting 0 attencion. I realy thought you will make something with this "new lvling system" but you somehow managed to make it even more frustrating. Instead of looking forward to a lvl-up people just ignore it and get pissed when they see another champion capsule "Reward" that they wont even open because it doesnt give you anything. "Rewarding" players with champion shards (blue essence) they already have and cant do anything with them is just ridiculous.

And the most hilarious thing is this isnt a new problem... this problem exist for a few years now. A problem that can easily be fixed in a few days.

Im not telling you what to do... i just dont understand why you didnt do anything... and the most logic thing and with literaly no effort and time spent from your side would be giving skin shards and similar cosmetic stuff, and it realy doesnt even matter how expensive you make those skins as long as people can LOOK FORWARD to getting them in the future and do something with all that champion shards and blue essence they have a ton of.

And dont even think you would lose $$$ because we all know how low is the chance of getting a cool skin that you want from a box, or if we could buy it with in game currency (blue essence) you can allways make it more expensive because the only point of it is to give people some goal that they would like to reach. (get xxx amount of blue essence to buy a skin shard or something similar)

I realy hope someone will give me a response to this "problem" that has some logic behind it.
