i really donno whats logic behind having unranked and silvers on my team vs all gold team, dpes FLEX made for like high elo players only? or its testing mode to have 3 premade for ranked matches ? so they mix the teams and dont give a shit about the ranks? its pretty confusing.

Its dynamic Q bro.. Its pretty crap. Thank God they added Solo Q back. My take on Flex is basically "the new normal draft" Trying to actually "try-hard" in it is hair-pulling.
