What orb should I buy if I'm looking for Vi skins? Top, jungle, mid?

Vi is more considered to be a jungler than a top laner.

If I were you I would just wait until the legacy vault opens instead of wasting money to buy a chance to get the skin

In my experience, you could wait until we get another personalized store, which tends to give up a skin for the champions you play the most. I picked up Project Vi on a 60% discount simply because that was the only Vi skin I didn't have and she's one of the ten champions I routinely feed... er, I mean play with.
