Ravenhale1 votesIn my experience, you could wait until we get another personalized store, which tends to give up a skin for the champions you play the most. I picked up Project Vi on a 60% discount simply because that was the only Vi skin I didn't have and she's one of the ten champions I routinely feed... er, I mean play with.
