Jungle Items in 3v3

With the increase in price on items to obtain the special smites, I end up waiting 25 seconds after minions spawn in Twisted Treeline in order to get the upgraded smite. Then I run over to wolves, some 2 seconds after they spawn.

The result is there's no more space for early game shenanigans, since my teammates just stay back as I'm not there. Could we lower the price for upgraded smite on 3v3?
