Do something about Aram leavers.

Within 30 minutes, each 3-5 minutes I got a character I prefer and people keep rage quitting when they either:

A) Don't get the character I just had. B) Don't get anything useful.

Why should anyone who DOESN'T WANT TO TRADE be punished? Remake the system. It's ridiculous.

Nemesis draft had a 2 hour dodge timer for leaving because people would dodge games way to often on the PBE.

Would this be a good addition to ARAM?
