Tristana nerf?

I think Tristana is a bit over powered right now, however prior to the ardent censor meta she was very weak and was one of the worst performing marksman iirc. What if we revert the buff to her rocket jump where the cool down is reset when she explodes her e on a champion, and made it only reset after getting kills again. Would that be a big enough nerf? I think that it would definitely reduce her over bearing mobility, range and most of all safety. Currently she can apply her e to a target, shoot a few autos (especially with rapid fire canon), jump closer to explode her e and reset the cd of her rocket jump, just to use it get back to safety after dealing the majority of her burst. I think this gives her way too much survive-ability after you factor in qss to cleanse any counter-engage from the enemy, redemption, locket, and all other heals and shields. If this mechanic is intended then what if we change her rocket jump so it doesn't reset her cd after getting kills anymore or change how far she can jump. I just don't want her numbers and cd's to get nerfed to the point where shes in the dumpster again, because I think her actual problem is in her range and safety. Let me know what you think. :^)
