Reworked swain feels more out dated kit then his pre-rework

Its just me or reworked swain is just much worse then old one?His "Q" dosent do a damn thing, like dmg in early game is just joke, not to mention unability pierce minioms, hig CD in early especially. His "W" is mostly useless in fight scenarions, obivously because of long time berfore any damage even happen... "E"....from possible zone root it went mostly to single target thing as enemies gotta be stacked on each other to get root from E,thing it proc on impact with minioms is bullshit too as often happened to me it just went down to random minoms... unable counter enemy jungler or enemy going after me... Sight....his passive damn its something like actual passive-mostly useless, part where u can pull enemies is cool, dmg is shit, but its passive after all....soo my suggestion would be remove dmg from it and make its sustain stronger as its sooo low that it wont help swain in most cases, also one NOT COOL thing is if u finally hit E u are kinda forced to pull enemy for damn shard and sustain which isnt allways great idea...thing they should adjust about this is "swain get shard when ROOTING enemy champion with E"so u would have shards for your ultimate, speaking of ult.. its nothing like it used to be

My suggestion would be then adjust his whole kit,bcs raw damage buff wont help him atleast thats my opinion.. OR laziest way, reverse him to his old kit....

It sounds like you're not using his combo effectively, if I'm being honest. Is this a one game sort of experience?

He is just gutted i think.

as someone who abused the old swain by spamming q on teemo and sometimes melee champions in the top lane, i can tell you that his new kit is healthier for the game.

well,i pull out combos quite often, but as i said E just pretty often gets stuck on minoms and if it dosent it do shit dmg as well... swain is like sleeper who wakes up around lvl 7+ with dmg and any viability, also explain me how vlad is then healtier for the game when he outclases him in everything?he may dosent have root(that is soo RNG to hit) but he can make himself untouchable for a moment ultimate has same simillar tick dmg as swains and also dmg is verry simillar with difference-vlads pop uls goes away and gather "fruit" while swain gotta pursuit thier target..also for example, urgot is now on very good spot yet they gonna buff him,how thats fair then?... even at realse of new reworked swain was comunity telling its worst re-work they seen... also i havent said that they need reverse him more like ADJUST his kit to be more usable... i would bet on im not only one who was disappointed how was rework handled...

Also take on mind there been realsed new champions, many other olders got adjustment to keep up with meta.... yet swain lies in dust...he isnt only one unlucky champ many others have problem...but riot rather are buffing/mini reworking champs that dont need it and only way to change it is make big enought controversy around it..

Yeah the 'swain rework' was a completly failure. His kit is now usless in top lane, because of how the E and Q work. He is not a 'Safe champ' anymore, he can be easy engage by gapcloser bruiser/assassin/tank. It is much harder to make pressur with our spell againts a top laner than the previous swain. He is usless in midlane because of short range and he can't stop/counter assassin anymore. Oh and he need to go in close range fight, without gap close. He got a better wave clear, and a kit' who ask more skill' but do less dommage than the old one,... He get all the weakness of the old swain, but without some of is outrageous advantage and with a really much weaker lane phase. Great rework.

EDIT oh by the way, the new ult sustain suck at level 6/ in 1 vs1 now, because he get nerf with a minion wave and cataclsyt don'T work with him now.

Swain is absolutely fine. Play against a good one and you'll see.

His "Q" dosent do a damn thing, like dmg in early game is just joke, not to mention unability pierce minioms, hig CD in early especially.

You're not supposed to be spamming it until you start to hit Rank 3+ with it. Before that, you can occasionally use it to last hit minions with, and you need to be using it right after you pull from an E as well. But early on, it's almost better saved some of the time, to save the mana 'til you rank it up. Once it hits Rank 5, it's oppressive, and you should be maxing it as quickly as possible in just about every game. It's also basically free if you can kill three or more minions with it, and nearly free if you kill two, so that should be the goal, especially because you can also fool enemy champions who think they have a minion block once it passes through on the minion kills.

His "W" is mostly useless in fight scenarions, obivously because of long time berfore any damage even happen...

It's supposed to be used for zoning and for surprise attacks due to its long range. Hit champions who are farming and think they're alone in the lane, or place it in a spot you see champions pathing towards. If you're just using it in lane trying to hit champions with it like a normal ability, of course they'll dodge it.

"E"....from possible zone root it went mostly to single target thing as enemies gotta be stacked on each other to get root from E,thing it proc on impact with minioms is bullshit too as often happened to me it just went down to random minoms... unable counter enemy jungler or enemy going after me...

Watch some LCS games with a top-level Swain. Yes, you can use it to escape ganks, but you have to start thinking of it as a "reverse boomerang" and not like a normal skillshot. Again, if you just fire it blindly at champions as if you were Xerath, you're going to waste all your mana and do nothing.

his passive damn its something like actual passive-mostly useless, part where u can pull enemies is cool, dmg is shit, but its passive after all

If you use it in combination with other champions with immobilizing effects, it's incredibly far from useless. In fact, many times a single pull in the right place will get you a kill.

Swain is a fantastic champion with good power and good winrates. But he's techy. It really sounds like you're playing him like he were Brand Velkoz Xerath, and of course you're going to lose if you play him that way. He's not a fire-and-forget piece of artillery. He's a general and tactician who has to plan his moves and positioning meticulously in order to maximize his damage, but if he does, and he gets ahead, he can fight nearly the entire enemy team.
