Do you guys think it s right everyone can reach easy 40% cdr , dont you think there shouldnt be support item who give you ap/ms/cdr/shield power??? i think riot need to reduce the CDR items for sure, if you can check s3/s4/s5 you cant see tank ruting you every 5 s cause there wasnt any CDR item. Sry for gramm not my first langue.

Panic4Who1 votesSeeming 1 of the checks is any CDR that you get above 40% this is why you get 40% so easy plus you 10% more at 10 minutes in. So the CDR is to help us support get more MR so we use those active itemz.

Silverjust1 votesWell CDR has allways been an important stat for supports, so there should definitly be CDR on most support items. There might be too much CDR for other roles, but not for supports, cause it has always been like this.
