Hey, I'm Infernal Snowman All my best friends who play league of legends are silver/gold in Flex and I am currently Plat 1. So I can't play with all my best friends in flex. I was wondering if there was any way that Riot can demote to Gold 1 or close to it because I find this game fun when I play with my friends.
Supposedly Riot has no way to manually adjust a players rank. Even if they did its probably against their Policy to do so.
They can't adjust your rank manually. Tell your friends to git gud.
Jokes aside you got a few options. Either level up a fresh account and play flex with them there, or just play normals with them.
Either your Silver friends need to get to Gold in Flex, or you should just play Normals.
As a side option, you might be able to find a tournament that will let you all play together. The official Events page is a good starting place, but it's not a definitive source of tournaments.
