Kled's not overpowered, he strikes me as more of a sink-or-swim champion, where he's got good matchups and bad and nothing really in between.

Gnar - I have no idea what has happened to him. Graves - Retarded and op, Old Graves was 10 Times better. Illaoi - if your team is retarded and stays in her ult then she is op af. Hecarim - Op but Not forgotten Jhin - He is balanced and one of the most popular champ. Poppy - Also quite popular right now. Fizz - I haven't played that much against him so I Can't disagree or agree. Rest of those are just strong, not op.
